- Declaration of the furnished accommodation at the town hall of the commune where it is located
- For professional or non-professional renters of furnished accommodation, registration required to obtain a SIRET number within 15 days of starting business: https://procedures.inpi.fr/?/
- Preparing for the inspection visit
- Order the visit
To do this, download the file and return it, accompanied by:
– the declaration document to the town hall at emilie.michelet@hautes-alpes.net
– a deposit of €50 on the bank details included in the order form. - Setting up the rental property
The furnished property must be unoccupied on the day of the visit, with beds and pillows fitted with undersheets.
