The Ubac

In the Hautes Alpes, come and discover the small village of Théus, 20 km from Gap, perched between the demoiselles coiffées and Mont Colombis.

You will have the privilege of staying in one of the oldest rustic houses in the village, designed for lovers of nature and peace and quiet.

The house comprises a large living room with a sitting area, a cosy space to enjoy at sunset and a dining room with a wood-burning stove.

Depending on the weather, you can choose whether to eat inside or outside.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are arranged in rows, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

In summer, after hiking, cycling, you can also use our inflatable canoe kayak to sail on the three lakes or on Lake Serre-Ponçon.

Activities:

– In winter, family ski resorts: 30 mins from the house, the small resort of MONTCLAR. 40 minutes from GAP BAYARD (Nordic skiing and golf), 1 hour from the ski resorts of RISOUL, RÉALLON…Great opportunities to climb some snow-capped peaks with panoramic views,

– In summer; beaches, swimming, water sports, white water sports, rafting, canoeing, fishing, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking (https://www.e-pedal.fr), cycle touring, paragliding, hang gliding…

* bed linen and towels not provided, can be hired :

– 1 bed kit (sheet + duvet cover + 2 pillowcases) = 10 euros

– 1 bath linen kit (1 bath sheet, 1 bath towel)=5 euros

Please ask beforehand & pay on site.

* Cleaning not included, price for cleaning not carried out: 60 euros to be paid on site.

Please note that this house is only rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday:

Arrival 3pm departure 11am.
