In a unique natural setting, 1.2 km from Serres, a ‘Petite Cité de Caractère®’ (Small Town of Character), discover the history of an exceptional old mill.
Michel will reveal the secrets of the Paroy mill. Listed since the 17th century, this fulling mill has been lovingly transformed and modernised over time to offer comfort and tranquillity in an idyllic green setting. A small museum presents the site's agricultural and historical activities, such as milling, nut pressing, lavender distillation, and more.
