The PraRond offers you a simplified menu of fresh and local products. We favor the short circuit and work directly with regional producers to help you discover the richness of our terroirs.
For more than 30 years, the PraRond welcomes you in the heart of the White Forest. Whether you come from Risoul or Vars, it is not-to-be-missed point to enjoy a delicious meal, to have a drink, or simply to warm up over a coffee. Our simple cuisine uses only local and organic products. The Moulin Céard, the slaughterhouse of Guillestre or the Fromagerie de Montbardon are our main suppliers
