Daily specials, grilled meat cooked on a larch wood fire accompanied by gratin dauphinois made from potatoes from our garden, as well as certain other specialities are offered every lunchtime.
Everything is cooked on the spot with fresh and local products. It is recommended to reserve your table for the first service (12 noon - 1.30 pm) or the second (1.30 pm - 3 pm). dinners, for non-resident guests of the hotel, are possible on reservation.
