A host of dishes celebrating Alpine gastronomy. You'll find the essential mountain specialties: the traditional cheese fondue, but also dishes cooked the old-fashioned way over coals, such as raclette or brasérade.
Discover our signature dish: Potence. More than a dish, it's a spectacle that will amaze your eyes and taste buds: meat flambéed with génépi, giving a delicious taste to the garnish.
Our cuisine showcases regional mountain specialties, with a seasonal menu.
You'll find a dish of the day and a suggestion, lovingly prepared with fresh, mostly local produce. As with our meats and cheeses, our vegetables are a tribute to the agriculture of the Hautes-Alpes, and our chef cooks them with wild plants picked in the Clarée region, depending on the season.
