The flat is located in a recently built luxury residence.

The residence is in a quiet location, just a 2-minute walk from the beaches, the harbour master's office and the shops.

The new 40m² flat, located on the first floor, has a 4-star rating.

It has a beautiful living room, overlooking a large terrace, facing the lake,

a large bedroom with wardrobe and double bed (160×200), a cabin area with 2 bunk beds (90×190), a spacious bathroom with shower, a separate WC, a laundry cupboard.

The flat has an outdoor parking space in the residence, a cellar for storing skis, snowboards and suitcases, and a communal bike room.

Access is easy for people with reduced mobility (PMR)

The kitchen is fully equipped….

The flat is air-conditioned, non-smoking, with Wi-Fi access and a large TV.

Pets are not accepted. Reservations are by the week: Summer: July/August: €950 per week. Weeks before and after 15 August: €1050 per week. School holidays: €750 per week. Outside school holidays: €100 per night, 2 nights minimum or €600 per week.

Arrival and departure on Saturdays. Arrival between 4pm and 6pm, departure 10am.

In all cases, by appointment.

Possibility of reserving a cot (sheets and mattress provided), €20 per week.

Bed linen and towels on request, extra.

Cleaning charge extra: €80

Tourist tax and deposit (€800 by cheque card) will be collected on arrival.

The deposit will be returned to you no later than 8 days after your departure. (if no damage to the accommodation and/or the cellar)
