Chalet Le Génépy
We welcome you to our family chalet in Superdévoluy, with splendid views of the countryside and the Pic de Bure, and no traffic passing by.
Completely renovated at the end of 2023, this Scandinavian-style chalet with three real bedrooms is a comfortable, bright, and well-equipped place for six people.
It is located at the entrance to the resort in the Les Chalets Margot residence.
– Free parking, close to the slopes (less than 100 m from the Pélourenq chairlift and the Combillon ski lift to access the snow front),
– Close to all amenities (100 m from the bus stop and 300 m from shops)
The duplex apartment, semi-detached on one side, has a separate entrance:
On the ground floor, it comprises:
– a private entrance with a cupboard and shoe storage.
– a beautiful, bright living room with a high-quality open-plan kitchen, a lounge area and a dining room opening onto a 15 m² south-facing terrace with views of the countryside (no traffic).
The kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances (combination oven, induction hob with extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher), utensils (Nespresso machine, juicer, kettle, toaster) and a full range of kitchen equipment.
– A bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom cabinet, and towel dryer.
– A bedroom with two adjustable single beds and a closet.
– A separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find:
– Two bedrooms with closets/storage (one with a double bed and the other with two adjustable single beds)
– a bathroom with shower, bathroom cabinet, washing machine, towel dryer, and toilet.
Wi-Fi, ski storage room on the side.

– mattress covers, pillows, pillow protectors, and duvets.
The price includes rental nights, reception, utilities, Wi-Fi, and on-site assistance if needed.
The mandatory tourist tax paid to the municipality is an additional charge.
Our concierge service, which will welcome you on site, offers various services (rental of sheets and towels, beds made on arrival, rental of children's equipment, end-of-stay cleaning package). Prices available on request.
