*** What is Afghani Walking?
2h00 to rediscover the role of breathing in walking and its benefits, both motorically and mentally.
Anchored to the ground, steps are synchronized with breathing according to rhythm and desired effect.
For those of you who want to manage stress and sleep, walk without fatigue, develop your cardio-respiratory capacity, manage effort and cold, in short, refocus on yourself… Summer or winter, even on snowshoes!
*** Equipment to bring :
– a small backpack containing :
– water bottle
– sunscreen,
– hat
– windbreaker
– preferably low shoes with good foot support.
From 15/09 to 30/06, every Monday, Thursday and Friday.
