In agriculture, local cooperatives support producers in processing and marketing their products (cheeses, honeys, fruit), promoting short supply chains and local products. At the same time, work-integration companies are giving people who have missed out on the job market an active role, whether in the upkeep of natural areas, construction or recycling. These initiatives work in close collaboration with consular chambers and local authorities, creating a balanced ecosystem.
