A charming dwelling -The chalet is typically mountain style.

It is accessible by car (parking space right next to the road).

It is perfectly in keeping with the rustic style of the traditional habitat of the Upper Romanche Valley: masonry, stone staircase, balcony, wooden shutters.

The interior has been designed in an old-fashioned style. The decoration is warm and rustic (roughcast, floorboards, exposed wooden beams and posts).

The chalet has been fitted out with traditional wooden furniture (spinning wheel, various accessories, beds, wardrobes, armchairs, chairs).

The T3 chalet (55 m²) is rated *** stars.

It can accommodate up to 4 people (possibility of a 5th).

The chalet is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).

Heating is electric. It is also possible to heat with wood, thanks to the fireplace (wood not included in the rental price, but available).

We can also rent you any linen you may not want to take with you on your trip (sheets, towels, bath towels).

Pets are welcome, but please take every precaution to avoid damaging the chalet.

The chalet is equipped with suggestions for actions to be taken during your stay to respect the environment (living and sorting waste, saving water and electricity, etc.).

Comfort on 2 floors

On the 1st floor, you'll find a large main room equipped with :

– a kitchenette with oven, vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment***, microwave, coffee maker with soft pods, electric kettle and fryer, toaster, raclette and fondue machines, extractor fan, self-regulating VMC (table linen supplied, tea towels, tablecloth, towels)

– dining area with large table, stools, chairs, bench and wooden sideboard.

– living area with fireplace (insert), wooden pull-out sofa convertible into 2 single beds (80 cm) or 1 double bed (160 cm), coffee table, wooden armchair, 80cm flat-screen HD TNT TV with DVD player, remote-controlled mini CD/MP3/SD player.

– bathroom (WC)

ADSL Wifi Internet access and telephone with unlimited calls to landlines in France and 90 destinations, free of charge! (paid calls to mobiles and special numbers).

The second floor is just as welcoming;

– a mezzanine open only onto the staircase, with a 1m² skylight opening onto the living room, and furnished with a 120 cm antique bed, a sofa bed (BZ) convertible into a 1 x 140 x 200 bed, a chauffeuse (small low armchair) convertible into a 70 cm child's bed, a "baby kit (high chair, cot with real mattress, changing mat, bathtub, bowl, glass, plate and adapted cutlery)", two storage cupboards, a small computer desk with stool, a "roof window" with a view of the Meije,

– a dressing room with a small "closet cover", washing machine dryer and storage space (vacuum cleaner, etc.).

– a separate bedroom with an antique 140 x 190 cm bed and an antique armchair

– a bathroom with a window and roller shutter, equipped with an 80×140 cm "Italian" shower with glass panel, a 60 cm washbasin on a cabinet, a storage column, a toilet and a hairdryer.

A cosy outside area to enjoy the fresh air and "unobstructed" panoramic view of the Meije massif (East-South-West).

Outside (enclosed space), you'll enjoy a 5m² covered balcony, not overlooked, with no close neighbors – a 30 m² terrace with flowerbeds,

a garden shed with wooden furniture in summer (1 table, 2 armchairs, 4 chairs, 5 deckchairs, parasol, a wooden server with two trays, electric plancha/grill on cart…), and in winter a storage room for skis, equipment etc…
