Club My Hautes-Alpes

The best of the Hautes-Alpes department told by those who love it

The Club My Hautes-Alpes brings together people who share a love of this land of light and summits. From near and far, they tell their stories and bring to life the beauty of the Hautes-Alpes, united by a passion for a place where nature, authenticity, innovation and emotion meet.

Club My Hautes-Alpes was born of the idea of bringing together a community around the department’s identity and assets. It was created in response to a need to highlight, in a collective and modern way, the diversity of landscapes, the wealth of know-how and the quality of life that characterize the Hautes-Alpes. Because together, we’re stronger, Club My Hautes-Alpes offers everyone the chance to become, in their own way, a player in the promotion and enhancement of the region.

The role of ambassador

Joining Club My Hautes-Alpes means taking on the role of ambassador: a voluntary and rewarding mission. The ambassador is the one who relays, inspires and shares the best of the Hautes-Alpes through his or her own eyes. They illustrate their attachment to the region by highlighting their experiences and discoveries, broadcasting powerful images, reporting on their daily lives and sharing their projects.

The actions

A sign of unfailing loyalty,

  • use and abuse #MyHautesAlpes to accompany his enamored publications;
  • wear the colors of the Hautes-Alpes at sporting events;
  • relaying local news and favorite events ;
  • take part in promotional operations.

All these initiatives, added together, contribute to the Hautes-Alpes’ reputation.

Nathalie Faure-Brac, ambassador and host of Club My Hautes-Alpes

I was born in Gap, spent my childhood in the Queyras and studied in Marseille.
I’ve worked and lived in Briançon, Vallouise, Embrun and Gap.
The Hautes-Alpes are part of me and I’m part of the Hautes-Alpes.
I have a deep respect for the gentleness and harshness of a nature that is both generous and capable of reminding you, sometimes violently, of your human condition.
I admire the desire to surpass oneself, the curiosity, ingenuity and sense of sharing that animate those who love them.
I marvel at the diversity, reliability, strength and sensitivity of nature and the men and women who live in it.
My husband is a “Ch’ti”, and what the Hautes-Alpes radiates in us is an unfailing bond.
