Serre Chevalier Snow Trail
Experience a 100% natural adventure at an altitude of over 2000 m for the 9th edition!
Join us for the 9th edition of the Snow Trail with 100% natural routes at over 2000m.
Don't miss the Nocturne with its extraordinary atmosphere and a discovery of the Serre Chevalier valley under the village lights.
– Night route: 8km, +/- 200 m ascent
– Le Petit Parcours (10 km, +/- 580 m ascent)
– Le Grand Parcours (20 km, +/- 1000 m ascent)
– Route:
The start will be from the village of La Salle Les Alpes towards the sunny side of the Guisane valley, away from the ski slopes and ski lifts.
A steady climb will take you to the hamlet of Les Tronchets at 1900m altitude, where the routes are separated.
The Petit Parcours will return to the valley via Puy de la Salle and Les Thures.
The Grand Parcours will descend via the Col du Granon road before a steep ascent to the highest point of the route at over 2000m. Then cross the Plainalp plateau to the junction with the Petit Parcours.

Saturday 17 January
– 2pm – 6pm: Pick-up of race numbers at the Décathlon shop in Briançon (no registration)
– 2pm – 6pm: Pick-up of race numbers and registration, salle de la montagne, Pré Long shopping centre – La Salle Les Alpes
– 6pm : Start of the 8km night race
– 18h40: Arrival of the first runner
– 19h: Post-race meal
– 20h: Podiums, salle de la Montagne, centre commercial de Pré Long – La Salle Les Alpes
Sunday 18 January
– 07h – 08h30: Number collection and registration, Salle de la Montagne, Pré Long shopping centre – La Salle Les Alpes
– 09h: Start of the Petit Parcours 10km and Grand Parcours 20km
– 10h: Arrival of the first runner of the Petit Parcours 10km
– 11h: Arrival of the first runner of the Grand Parcours 20km
– 11am – 3pm: Post-race meal, Salle de la Montagne, Pré Long shopping centre – La Salle Les Alpes
– 1.30pm: Podiums, Salle de la Montagne, Pré Long shopping centre – La Salle Les Alpes
– 3pm: Arrival of the last runners
