In the Hautes-Alpes, on the edge of Lac de Serre-Ponçon, our private, guarded estate is a little corner of paradise between lake and mountains. Its exceptional location offers a dream panorama, dazzling and changing with the 4 seasons.
The Écrin du Lac estate offers:
– Fully-equipped chalets for 2 to 4 people, 30m² in size, comfortable and with a view of the lake, as well as chalets for 2 to 6 people, 36 to 40m² in size and with a view of the lake.
All have air conditioning and terraces with garden furniture.
Le clos de l'Écrin du Lac offers:
– 48 luxury flats with double terraces and uninterrupted views over Lac de Serre-Ponçon.
There is a choice of 3-room flats for 6 people (approx. 90m²), 4-room flats for 8 people (approx. 100m²) and 5-room flats for 10 people (approx. 130m²). Swimming pool access is included and is open from 1/06 to 30/09, weather permitting. WIFI access is free in the flats and subject to a charge on the rest of the estate.
